Online Building Permit Applications
Pennsylvania Municipal Code Alliance (PMCA) is now offering online permit application submittals associated with the Municipalities we serve. To apply for a Permit within one of our Municipalities or for Residential Electric Service inspections, click on the link below and select the Municipality you want to apply for a permit and follow the simple steps to select and register as a contractor or community member.
Register To Apply for PMCA Online Permits
After you’ve submitted your email address, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions for setting up your profile. If you don’t see the confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder. The email will come from notifications@noreply.communitycore.com.
If you need to apply for Permits in additional Municipalities, you will just need to add the municipality to your profile by clicking on the link above.
Special Note for Residential Electric Service Inspections: Do not register or apply for a permit in individual municipalities. You will need to register for the Electrical Service Inspections “municipality.” When you select your permit type, you will choose the County from a dropdown menu within the permit section.

- Request for Determination Used for a change of Name or Ownership ONLY

Sign Application Packet
Includes the sign permit application and supporting documentation
- Sign Permit Application (Only) Permit application for signs
- Flood Plain Development Application Used for development in a flood plain
- Annual Permit Application This application can only be used for repairs and regular maintenance of existing systems (i.e. plumbing, electrical, mechanical, gas). A more detailed commercial application must be applied for when any alterations or replacement of existing system(s) is intended.
